Ever notice that carpark showing a sign do not the park at the designated place or you'll be clamp? I'm at this highly rated shooping complex carpark and I noticed that driver's really stubborn or don't know how to read? I think this car owner is quite rich and don't mind paying the fine . If he's paying then I don't mind but they tend to argue with the parking security when paying the fine. As I mentioned earlier that a lot of car owner are stubborn.

Just Stubborn or Can't Read
Ever notice that carpark showing a sign do not the park at the designated place or you'll be clamp? I'm at this highly rated shooping complex carpark and I noticed that driver's really stubborn or don't know how to read? I think this car owner is quite rich and don't mind paying the fine .
