I'm happy because this is the 1st time I'm attending a food bloggers night out courtesy of Superwilson and Timothy Low who's organized the night out. Let’s begin my journey of discovering the restaurant that serves pork dishes and to kick start my journey as a food bloggers. The first dish was the Baked Portobello Mushroom with Bacon and Cheese. It's good and you really a must try. It's a combination of bacon with melted cheese on the mushroom. The second dish was Chili Munchies. It's actually grilled sausages sauteed with onion, garlic and chili. It's salty(my own opinion). The third dish was Pork Cracklings and it's actually pork skin that was fried to a crisp. The crunchiness reminds me of prawn or fish crackers. It's actually tasted zhu yau zhar and it's very oily in nature.

More to come. This time it was not prok but fish. It's called the Smoked Salmon Salad. It is a dish with slices of smoked salmon with mixed salad. It's more suitable for those who prefer to have a light weight lunch or dinner. The coming dishes are more on pork tenderlion on different sauces. The decoration were almost the same for all these dishes. It's called Pork Tenderloin With Creamy Mustard Sauce, Pork Tenderloin With Creamy Brown Sauce and Pork Tenderloin With Creamy Hot Sauce. The meat texture is tender and in order to appreciate the best of the tenderloin, you have to savor the meat with the sauce in each bite.

Mixed Platter
The next dish was the Mix Platter. It's a combination of Original Grilled Pork Belly and Original Grilled Pork Ribs in one plate serving. The grilled pork belly and pork ribs were served together in the House Special sauce accompanied with mash potatoes and coleslaw. The next dish was the Baby Back Ribs. This dish has grilled soft pork ribs marinated with home made sauce. The meat texture is more juicy, loose and soft. This is the best dish of the day.

Throughout the night, this dish serves with angel hair pasta. Besides the angel hair pasta, it's with sauteed bacon, mushrooms, chopped chillies, tomatoes with garlic wine sauce. It's called the Sauteed Bacon Capellini. Lastly, the Sausage Platter was served. It consists of 5 types of sausages, Grilled Pork Oriental, Grilled Pork Oriental Garlic, Grilled Spicy Hungarian, Grilled Pork Chorizo and Grilled Chicken Chorizo. This this end my journey as a food bloggers night out. I'm so happy.
